This is an R7 (4-12 minted). It is struck in copper. The quality is VERY high end!
The only thing we can see that would spook PCGS and CAC is there are a few teenie toning dots on the left obverse. These are NOT spots or flecks. Overall, the surfaces are virgin and show nothing unsightly. The color is a Mint Red/pale purple/pale brown color. There is a good luster coming off the matte like surfaces. Miss Liberty and the details are sharply struck. This really is not a bad looking coin!
PCGS 1, NGC 0, CAC 0. Only the Simpson coin is finer. Priced very reasonable!
