This is a R7 (4-12 minted). It is test design of the Seated Standard Silver design. The coin is close to full PR65!
Moderate mirrors offer no problems to the naked eye. Under a strong glass you can see a minor die chip or two. Both sides are fully bathed in a moderate mix of deep pewter/dove gray/olive colors which are NOT dull or drab. Miss Liberty the details are sharply struck and stand out. The eye appeal is very pleasing!
PCGS 3, NGC 0, CAC 1. A much rarer coin than the pops indicate.
