This coin is an R-4 (76-200 minted). It is a large size 3CN and is struck in nickel.
The coin is solid for the grade. There are a few minor planchet issues (like roughness) but they do not distract. The mirrors are decent and they are covered by a partial layer of gold. Miss Liberty and the details are fully struck. The eye appeal is excellent!
PCGS 29, NGC 0, CAC These are definitely NOT as common as the mintage lead you to believe.
