This coin is an R-7 (4-12 known). It is very well deserving of its GEM status.

We inspected this coin with a strong glass and found NO problems anywhere. There are zero spots or discolorations. The mirrors are surprisingly strong, clear, clean, and even more surprisingly reflective. The color is a totally original deep mint red/pale brown/light violet/pale green mix. Miss Liberty and the details are razor sharp in strike and standout with light frost. The eye appeal is totally cool!

We think this piece represents exceptional value since the Judd Book has PR65’s valued at $9,000.00. Plus, we think any pattern from the civil War era is neat.

PCGS 1, NGC 0, CAC 1. This would make a great addition to any Half Dime or Pattern Collection.
