Struck in Copper Nickel, this is one of the most common Patterns ever struck. It is an R-1 (1,250+ minted).
This is the same design that was adopted in 1859.
Impressive deep, clear, and highly reflective mirrors highlight both sides. Only some light stray lines keep this coin a PR64+. The only spots you can see are teenie toning dots. Miss Liberty and the details are fully struck. The eye appeal is fabulous!
