J- 186 1C 1857 PCGS PR65

$9,750.00

This is an R-7 (4-12 minted). It has the head of Liberty which was later used on 3CN’s. This coin is copper nickel.

Surprisingly deep and flashy mirrors do offer strong reflectivity. There are a few light and TINY stains scattered around-which only prove the coins originality. Miss Liberty and the details are frosty and have exceptional strikes. The eye appeal is really sweet!

PCGS 3, NGC 1, CAC 1. A regular PR 65 FE from this date would cost at least $25,000.00. This piece is the perfect example of why patterns are so undervalued.
