This is a R-7 (4 to 12 minted). It is struck in Goloid. This a Metric Dollar-the for runner to a Stella. The quality and eye appeal are out of this world!
Even though the Simpson Collection has a higher graded one, it does not have one that looks anything like this! Your eyes will blow out of their sockets when they see this coin-really!
The obverse is a perfect ULTRA Deep mirrored GEM. The reverse has super strong near miss ULTRA deep mirrors. Not a single imperfection is visible on the mirrors on either side. ALL mirrors appear watery. Miss Liberty and the details are fully struck and have awesome blast snowy white frost. There are a few HIDDEN MINT MADE dies lines on the face (you need a glass to see them). The eye appeal is GODZILLA like on its worst day! This coin is the epitome of ULTRA BLACK AND WHITE!
