This is an R-4 with just 76-100 pieces minted. It is also SUPER HIGH END. Definitely one of the prettiest examples of this design we have ever seen!
Ultra deep, crystal clear, clean, and incredibly flashy mirrors jump out from both sides. Just some extremely teenie and light lines keep this from a PR65. A wonderful hint of gold/violet/blue frames the outer rims only. Miss Liberty and the details are heavily frost a creamy white and have full strikes. The eye appeal is tremendous. We rarely see them with full flashy mirrors. PCGS 8, NGC 3.
