VERY HIGH END quality. Both sides have incredible mirrors that are deep, crystal clear, clean,and have reflectivity that is more powerful than what you would find a on regular 1872 Proof 3CN! Overall, the planchet is nice and has only one teenie defect on the reverse. Miss Liberty and the details stand out with thick white frost and sharp strikes. The eye appeal is tremendous!
PCGS 1, NGC 0, CAC 1. the only auction record we could find for one was in the Judd book. this piece last sold 11/2004 at Superior for $12,075.00. The only other known specimen is in the Simpson Pattern Collection. What else can we say about the opportunity offered here?
