Made from aluminum, this piece does NOT display the typical haze or roughness of the planchet. The mirrors are ULTRA deep and have amazing crystal clear clarity. The reflectivity is nearly blinding! Miss Liberty and the details boldly stand out with thick silvery white frosting. The strike is pinpoint sharp. The cameo contrast gives this coin incredible eye appeal. If you don’t like this coin, then you will never like a GEM Standard Dollar Pattern!
PCGS 1, NGC 0, CAC 1. No other J-1000’s have been stickered. The only coin better is a NGC PR66 Cameo in the Simpson Collection.
