The quality is well deserving of its lofty designation. Both sides have strong, clear, clean, and vividly reflective mirrors. A wonderful semi-circular mix of blue/russet/golden brown colors swirl everywhere. Miss Liberty and the details are frosted and have sharp strikes. Originally 1000 pieces were minted. Due to poor sales, it is estimated only 400 survived. The current pops are: PCGS 2, NGC 8. Seems cheap at todays levels.
