Hard to imagine just how this GEM has survived in such a wonderful state of preservation all these years (145 to be exact).
The quality is tremendous. Both sides are sleek yet smooth and satiny. Traces of semi-prooflike mirrors add to the strong luster. Some light golden brown is scattered on both sides. Miss Liberty and the details are frosty and have exceptional strikes. The eye appeal is fabulous!
Only 18000 pieces were minted for circulation. PCGS 15, NGC 15.
