No question this coin was out away the day it came from the bank. It had to have been loving stored too. There is not a single mark of any kind anywhere. The surfaces not only have a satiny texture, they have a full booming luster. A phenomenal light mix of ORIGINAL gold/pale green/light lilac all swirl over both sides. Miss Liberty and the details are frosted and have super sharp strikes. The eye appeal is bold!
PCGS 7, NGC 19, CAC 5. The last one to appear in a major auction was (get this) in 2004! Back then the coin brought $12,650.00. These are such terrific and UNDERvalued coins in this state of preservation!
