We unhesitatingly call this coin a SUPERB GEM!
Overall, the surfaces are clean and smooth. Only when using a strong glass can you find one tiny cut (and we mean tiny). That maybe what is keeping this coin from MS67. Of course there are a few Mint made light die clashes. Besides packing a powerful booming luster, this coin has light traces of semi-prooflike mirrors. Both sides are a bold frosty white. Miss Liberty and the details are sharply struck. The eye appeal is powerful good!
PCGS 10, NGC 26, CAC 7. PCGS has graded only 2 in MS66+.PCGS possibly has only graded 4 higher. Neither has ever been sold via auction. The current Collectors Universe value is $6,000.00. If you do your homework,you will see this is a VERY difficult date to find with price records (in regular PCGS CAC MS66). Opportunity knocks loud here then ever here!
