These two coins are extreme rarities on their own. We thought it would be wicked neat to offer them as a mini Proof Set. In our 40 years careers we have never seen anything like this offered!

H.01 1848 ORIGINAL PCGS PR65RB EX MISSOURI CABINET. This coin is worthy of CLASSIC RARITY stardom! This is not a commoner seldom see restrike.

The mirrors are more typical for the date. You can see light reflectivity. Splashes of totally original pale brown mix with light shades of Mint Red. A few tiny toning dots can be detected on the obverse. Miss Liberty and the details are needle sharp in strike. The eye appeal is very nice!

Only 15 pieces were ever minted. The lone coin higher (a 65+) also sold in the Missouri Cabinet sale for $94,875.00 and resides in major collection. Even in PR64RB NONE have been sold since 2003! We cannot stress enough the extreme rarity of this GEM coin!

1C 1848 PCGS PR66BN N-19. At one time this coin was also owned by the Missouri Cabinet Collector at one time. The quality of this piece is mind boggling!

Crisp, crystal clear, super clean, and reflective mirrors beam from all over. Beautiful and totally original and vibrant colors of even chocolate/pale violet/pale blue swirl all over. Miss Liberty and the details are needle sharp in strike. The eye appeal is fabulous! According to our records, a mere 7 pieces were minted. That definitely qualifies as Classic Rarity status to us! Of course this piece is the FINEST graded.
