BUCKEYE II COLLECTION. Super high end quality. gentle mirrors offer some light reflectivity. Overall, they are remarkably clean and clear. both sides are a beautiful medium chocolate color with hints of olive/pale mint red/gold colors swirling about. There are NO spots or stains. As expected, Miss Liberty and the details are needle sharp in strike. We really do not see any reason as to why this coin is only a PR63. It is housed in an older green tag holder. We think coins like this are terribly under valued in todays turbo charged high grade top pop world. PCGS 3, NGC. THERE ARE NONE HIGHER BY EITHER PCGS or NGC BN!!!!
