H.01 1844 RESTRIKE REV 1840 PCGS PR66BN MISSOURI

PCGS showed this coin NO mercy what so ever! We have seen few PR half Cents as nice.

Outstanding mirrors are super clean, crystal clear, clean, and have bold reflectivity. Totally ORIGINAL beautiful colors of pale brown/light blue/gold/faded red swirl all over. Miss Liberty and the details are needle sharp in strike and boldly stand out. The eye appeal is fantastic! Here is a brief copy of how Goldberg described the coin: “Attractive golden light brown with blue steel overtones and faded mint red in protected areas on the obverse. The fields are highly reflective with deep mirrors on the obverse, moderate to deep mirrors on the reverse. Flawless except for a thin, very light contact mark in the field close over star 1.”. You really won’t find a better 1844!

It is estimated LESS then 30 were ever minted. PCGS 3, NGC 0, CAC 2. The other PCGS CAC piece was in the sale and was NOT as nice as this. It brought $14,375.00. We regret not buying it at that price. Again, once this coin is sold, good luck ever finding another!
