G$1 1854 PCGS MS65+

$2,950.00

This is a totally SUPERB and VERY high end GEM for sure. We think only a small scuff/frost break on the reverse keeps this coin from being an MS66. Overall, the surfaces are satiny smooth and are extremely clean. You can see some die clashing (Mint made)  on the reverse. A solid strong luster beams from all over. Both sides are a delightful slightly deeper (and totally original) yellow gold color. Miss Liberty and the details are all fully struck. The eye appeal is wonderful! PCGS 45, NGC 68, CAC 13. PCGS has graded only 5 in MS65+. The last PCGS CAC piece to sell in auction brought $3,172.00 11/2014. NOTE: An MS65+ (pop 10) last sold for $3,760.00 o4/2015 n auction. As you can see, these are NOT common in ANY way. With gold prices weaker, this coin seems to be a really good value at our selling price. Do not get this date confused with a much commoner 1853. Opportunity knocks loud here! WE HAVE POSTED THIS COIN AT OUR BEST PRICE
