As you would expect, both sides are fully prooflike and have an intense luster. There are NO imperfections visible anywhere and no spots. The color is gorgeous two tone rich yellow gold/orange gold mix. Miss Liberty and the details are remarkably struck and have bold bright frost. The eye appeal is incredible!
PCGS 14, NGC 15. An 1884 has not sold in a major auction since 2006 when one realized $4,140.00 Stacks. Do not be fooled by the pops, these coins are rare.
