G $1 1881 PCGS MS68

This is nothing less them a phenomenal SUPERB GEM! Dramatic fully prooflike mirrors beam from all over. The mirrors are the epitome of perfection, clarity, and are intensely reflective. A phenomenal mix of totally original colors of pink gold/yellow gold/orange gold swirl together all over. If you twirl the coin, it looks like a dramatic toned proof at first!  There are NO spots or discolorations anywhere. Miss Liberty and the details are thickly frosted and are needle sharp in strike. We always marvel how a coin this small can stay in such a remarkable state of preservation for over 136 years. The eye appeal is phenomenal! PCGS 40, NGC 31, CAC 25. The last PCGS CAC piece to sell in auction brought $11,750.00 03/2016. We’re sure it was nice, only this piece hits out of the ballpark! We grade it a +, just PCGS does  not apparently.  Opportunity knocks loud for any Gold Dollar or Type lover!
