A strong luster shows off exceptionally struck details. A pretty and totally ORIGINAL mist of light gold/pale rose colors swirl all over. The eye eye appeal is fabulous!
PCGS 154, NGC 219, CAC 28. PCGS has graded only 3 coins MS64+. Its not as easy as you think to find a really nice example of a 3 Legger!
