Perfect Matte surfaces show ZERO impairments even if you use a microscope to examine them with. both sides display good luster and have beautiful light ORIGINAL nickel blue/pale gold colors. Every detail is needle sharp in strike. We can not guess as to why it is not a PR67 (no guarantee it ever will). The eye appeal is fabulous!
