Both sides have contrast and do have a black and white look. The mirrors are deep, clean, and have powerful reflectivity. There is some LIGHT ORIGINAL gold toning on the surfaces (it looks like a big streak). This coin is NOT dull or hazy. Miss Liberty and the details are needle sharp in strike and have thick white frost. The eye appeal is gorgeous!
