This was NOT the coin that just sold in Heritage for $7,500.00+. We were in love immediately when we first saw it. It has everything and then some you’d expect for a coin that PCGS is claiming to be virtually a PR68!
Icy mirrors are clean, clear, and have bold reflectivity. A delicate but clearly visible mix of totally ORIGINAL pastel colors of violet/lime/gold/baby blue swirl mostly around the coins peripheries. Miss Liberty and the details are sharply struck and have light frost. The eye appeal is gorgeous!
PCGS 13, NGC 18, CAC 4. PCGS has graded only 2 coins PR67+ and ONE in PR68. If you are building a set with some color-or collect the best dates, then this coin is a must see!
