This is a wonderful no question SUPERB GEM! We’ve built a few Shield Nickel PR sets and can tell you-this date in PR 67 was either the very last or near last coin we needed to find.
Superb surfaces are covered by strong glittering mirrors. They have great depth, clarity, cleanliness and reflectivity. A light sheen of pale gold brown is splashed all over. Every detail is pin point sharp and does have light frost. The eye appeal is fabulous!
PCGS 15, NGC 14, CAC 11. The last PCGS CAC piece to sell in auction brought an insane $8,800.00 01/2013 Heritage. Prior to that, a regular PCGS PR67 (NO CAC) brought $3,220.00 06/2010 Heritage. Not there are NO recent sales? Do NOT be fooled by the pops, this is a hard date to find!
