This is one of those magnificent GEMs you just can’t put down. You can use all the “buzz” words to describe the surfaces: sensational, remarkable, awesome, out of this world, etc. Even using a strong glass you will find NO marks. An intense glowing luster shows off totally ORIGINAL rainbow colors of green/gold/violet on the left obverse. There are slight traces of semi-proofliek mirrors. Every detail is sharply struck and has light frost. If this coin had been in a MS67+ holder, we still love it. The appeal is mesmerizing!
PCGS 24, NGC 18, CAC 2. PCGS has graded one MS67+ w/none higher. The last PCGS MS67 to sell was a NON CAC which brought $7,630.00 02/2013 Heritage. No killer SUPERB set of Commems can be without this awesome coin!
