You can tell this coin has been carefully stored since it left the bank 68 years ago. Its not easy to find a 47D in this state of preservation!
Shimmering surfaces are also satiny and smooth. The luster is intense and unbroken. There are NO marks and the dreaded right field is clean! Both sides have a totally original swirling patina of golden brown/gold/pale green colors that mix with creamy white centers. Miss Liberty and the details are frosty and have exceptional strikes. The eye appeal is fabulous!
PCGS 24, NGC 59, CAC 15. The current Collectors Universe Value is $7,500.00. Do not let the pops fool you-these are really hard to find in REAL MS67!
