What a underrated and terrific coin!
This is a totally ORIGINAL and true MS67. The surfaces are clean, smooth, and semi satiny. A full glowing luster shows off a light mix of pale gold/golden brown colors that partially swirl all over. A few microscopic toning dots can be seen. Miss Liberty and the details are sharply struck. The eye appeal is super!
PCGS 48, NGC 68, CAC 15. This is sort of a “silent stopper” in MS67. The last one to sell at auction brought $5,288.00 01/2014 Heritage. We certainly do NOT see many offered with any frequency.
