50C 1946 REV DOUBLE DIE PCGS MS66

Try and find one of these when you really want one. We could not buy this magnificent coin fast enough. It is all there and then some!

This piece really is a near miss MS67. Overall, the surfaces are incredibly clean and smooth. The dreaded right field has practically NO visible issues. A full booming luster shows off original creamy white color. Miss Liberty and the details are frosty and have exceptional strikes. With a glass you can clearly see the reverse doubling. The eye appeal is terrific!

PCGS 11, NGC 1, CAC 4. PCGS has graded only ONE coin higher-and MS66+. Prior to this coin NO PCGS CAC piece had sold in auction. We know we needed one last year-it took forever to find one in MS66 (we did find a few MS65’s). if you are building a really complete Walker set, this is a coin you MUST include!
