PCGS will only designate these Cameoes if the sun is frosted. Never seen one fully frosted. This outrageously beautiful coin does indeed have LIGHT contrast!
The mirrors are deep, crystal clear, super clean, and are powerfully reflective. Miss Liberty and the details are sharply struck and do have LIGHT silvery white frost. The eye appeal is awesome!
