For those of you who hate that white dipped look, here you go! This is a totally ORIGINAL lightly toned SUPERB GEM 1938D!!
There is one very teenie tick in the right field (you have to look hard for it), other wise the surfaces are super clean and smooth. A surprising strong luster glows from all over. A totally natural mix of pewter/silvery color is framed by deep reddish gold on the rims. Miss Liberty and the details are exceptionally struck. The eye appeal is wonderful!
PCGS 26, NGC 21, CAC 10. The last auction record for one selling was for $12,650.00 1/12 Heritage. This is a great coin if you don’t want a white one!
