There is no question this coin sat undisturbed since it left the Mint. The surfaces are pristine. Even using a strong glass all you can see are some raised die lines-there is NOTHING in the dreaded right field. A bold “satiny” type of luster shows off alight patina of gold/silver/pale baby blue totally ORIGINAL colors. Miss Liberty and the details are sharply struck and you do not need a glass to see them. The eye appeal is wonderful!
PCGS 140, NGC 106, CAC 48. PCGS has graded only 6 coins MS67+. We will challenge this coin vs any other 1936 MS piece!
