What a terrific and SUPERB piece! This does rank as one of the nicer 1920 P’s we have ever seen.
No matter how hard you look-or use a strong glass, you will NOT find ANY problems of ANY size, ANY where. The surfaces are satiny smooth and have a strong luster. A pretty and totally ORIGINAL mix of pale olive/golden brown/light pearl green colors all swirl over the surfaces. Miss Liberty and the details are have remarkable strikes that do stand out. The eye appeal is impressive!
PCGS 14, NGC 5, CAC 3. It is important to note that 2-3 bad pieces have appeared on the market and may make it seem like these have come down in value when in fact they have not. NO PCGS/CAC coins have sold at auction. Plus, since 2008 prices have been between $8,000.00-$18,975.00.
