The 1913 is the last piece of this remarkable small SUPERB GEM PROOF Barber Half listing. These are the kinds of coins Legend loves to own (the best of the best-legitimately).
Like the other coins, this one too has deep, crystal clear, and remarkably reflective mirrors. Overall, the quality is SUPER HIGH END! The toning is a little different. It is deeper but a little more electric. bold shades of navy/purple/blue/pale violet swirl on both sides. The mirrors are clearly visible. Miss Liberty and the details are razor sharp in strike and have delicate frost. The eye appeal is like the quality-amazing!
Only 627 were minted. PCGS 13, BGC 11, CAC 2. PCGS has graded NONE better while NGC has 2. Do not be fooled by the pops, this is a VERY tough date to find in PCGS PR67. Opportunity knocks loud here!
