This coin is the epitome of what a MONSTER Proof Barber half should look like. Both sides have shimmering “ice” like mirrors that are ultra clean, crystal clear, and have nearly blinding reflectivity. A kaleidoscope of vibrant heartpounding purples/olives/greens/blues/ golds swirl effortless over the surfaces. Miss Liberty and the details are “as struck”-meaning the Mint was extra careful in striking and they look better and sharper than the day they were minted. The eye appeal will have you saying what everyone has so far: WOW!
Just 543 were minted. We proclaim this to be the FINEST survivor. PCGS 4, NGC 7, CAC 2. In Jan 2009, one sold for $12,075.00 B+M, and in 2008 one sold for $13,800.00 Stacks (we think it was the same coin). WE PAID MORE FOR THIS MONSTER!
