No question this coin is HIGH END, ORIGINAL, and beautiful!
Shimmering ice like mirrors do not have even the slightest line or flaw of any type-and that’s using a strong glass too! The mirrors are also crystal clear and have bold reflectivity. A beautiful color mix of ORIGINAL violet/green/blue/gold covers most of the obverse. The reverse is pale navy/purple. Miss Liberty and the details are needle sharp in strike. The eye appeal is gorgeous!
ONLY 575 pieces were ever minted. PCGS 17, NGC 27, CAC 1. The last PCGS piece to sell in major auction was a NON CAC. It brought $4,025.00 in 11/09 B+M. Certainly a totally ORIGINAL GEM like this does not appear with much frequency. We LOVE the potential of these!
