We hardly ever see mirrors are deep as these on many post 1900 Proofs. The mirrors are also remarkably crystal clear, ultra clean (all lines are on the holder), and have in your face stunning reflectivity. Why isn’t this coin a PR67? We dunno. PCGS can be so tough. A light hint of reddish gold/lilac can be seen mostly around the peripheries. Miss Liberty and the details are frosted a silvery white and have needle sharp strikes. The eye appeal is jaw dropping at he very least!
Only 777 were minted. PCGS 8, NGC 3, CAC 4. This is the only PCGS PR66+ CA. This coin did sell for $7,050.00 back in 07/2013. We assure you, this coin has it all! Your certainly not going to see this date or grade frequently offered!
