Exquisite deep, crystal clear, super clean, and boldly reflective mirrors look like a freshly formed sheet of ice. This is a great coin to twirl all day (to see the mirrors glow w/reflectivity). The obverse has a totally ORIGINAL blue/aqua blue/greenish color. The reverse has a pale blue by the rims only. Miss Liberty and the details are lightly frosted and have full crisp strikes. This coin is totally eye candy!
ONLY 813 pieces were ever minted. PCGS 25, NGC 48, CAC 7. In PR66+ PCGS has graded only this coin. It did sell earlier this year for $4,600.00. We paid the owner a small profit. Take our word on this, in a year, you won’t find any of these for sale!
