HIGH END QUALITY. This is a splendid ‘old time” Civil War era coin!
The mirrors beam boldly from all over. They are also clear and have bold reflectivity. Only with a really strong glass can you detect a few light and hidden lines on the obverse (which keeps it a PR64). The mirrors reflect like a newly formed sheet of glass. Both sides are a totally ORIGINAL mix of olive/pale navy/pale violet colors. Miss Liberty and the details are are sharply struck and have light frost. The eye appeal is excellent!
ONLY 460 were minted. PCGS 41, NGC 25, CAC 4. NO PCGS CAC piece has sold in auction in the last 4 years. The current Collectors Universe Value is $3,400.00. This will be a great addition to any Civil War cabinet or PR Half Set!
