Haven’t handled one of these in ages. We have seen so many we just do not like.
To start, this coin is NOT washed out (so many we see are). It has super clean and satiny surfaces. There is even a trace of semi-prooflike mirrors on both sides. A moderate mix of old time pewter/champagne/russet/soft navy colors mix nicely. The colors are NOT dark or drab. Miss Liberty and the details are fully struck. We have seen worse coin in MS65 holders! This is a VERY nice looking coin too!
