Both sides are remarkably clean (even using a powerful glass you see NO imperfections), satiny, and lustrous. The colors are “old time” toning of pale olive/light blue/pewter/pale tangerine. Miss Liberty and the details are exceptionally struck. If you look at her nose area, you’ll see the facial outline there is double stuck! The eye appeal overall is very neat.

We do not believe the pop reports are correct. We’d guess the real pop is more 25 in MS64. PCGS 43, NGC 38.
