$5 1914-S PCGS MS-64

$65,000.00

This series is so undervalued and under rated. Its also very hard to find fully accurately graded pieces. When they do appear, they are easily worth far more than any published bids.

This piece ranks as one of the finest known for the date. Both sides have phenomenal satiny surfaces that have almost no marks. An unbelievable booming luster illuminates the terrific yellow gold color. Even some common dates don’t glow like this coin (no, it was not dipped). There are no spots or discolorations. Most important, all of the details exhibit razor sharp strikes. The eye appeal is full GEM. In fact, we think this coin should be graded an MS65 by PCGS-by the fact NONE have been after 20+ years and millions of coins. Thats a powerful statement that a real GEM for the date won’t look like an 09D! NGC does have one MS65 and no others beyond that. PCGS 7, NGC 4.

NOTE: Should PCGS ever grade a pretty MS65 (thats not messed with) we would gladly pay well OVER $100,000.00. As we said before, the bids are ridiculously stupid for a coin liek this and have no real meaning to people who are in the know.
