The obverse definitely looks like an MS64. The reverse is just an MS63.
Grading this coin an MS63 is correct. The obverse has clean, smooth, and lustrous surfaces. The reverse has a hew ticks and small planchet flake at 9:00. Both sides do have a very decent luster. The color is an even gold. there are NO stains or discolorations. All of the details are very well struck. As we mentioned before, the appearance is very pleasing!
