A near MS65 for sure! Overall, the surfaces are clean and smooth. Only with a incredibly strong glas can you even find a few microscopic ticks. A very good luster enhances the wonderful and original deep orange/gold colors. There are NO spots or discolorations. Miss Liberty and the details are sharply struck. The eye appeal is excellent!
