Superb! No question this coin has been stashed away in the Col Green/Newman Collections and been untouched for years!
Slight traces of semi-prooflike mirrors beam from all over. The surfaces overall are very clean and smooth. A strong luster shows off even deeper gold/pale orange colors. There are no spots or discolorations. Miss Liberty and the details are sharply struck. The eye appeal is fantastic!
PCGS 6, NGC 8, CAC 5. PCGS has graded only ONE coin higher. Here is a very strange fact: the last one of these to sell in auction (prior to this coin) brought $7,762.00 02/2001 Heritage! Hello! 14 years with none being sold at auction?? Really? No question this is a tough coin to find.
