Hard to imagine how this tiny coin survived since the Civil War untouched. It is beautiful and is well worthy of its lofty designation.
Smooth and satiny surfaces are epitome of cleanliness. A teenie toning dot or two can be detected with a glass. Both sides are a creamy white and are NOT dipped out or messed with. Also, there are clashing marks (which are totally Mint made ) on both sides. All of the details are razor sharp in strike and have strong frost. The eye appeal is awesome!
PCGS 22, NGC 26. The last one fo these to sell in major public auction brought $3,738.00 11/07 Heritage. Opportunity knocks loud here!
