This coin clearly (and most deservedly) ranks among the finest known for the date. We see no real reason why this coin is not a full PR65.
Super clean and sleek mirrors have strong reflectivity and bold clarity. A phenomenal mix of forest green/deep powder blue/lime colors intermingle vividly all over. Every detail is pinpoint sharp in strike and have light frost. The eye appeal is fantastic!
PCGS 1, NGC 0, PCGS 1. It is estimated LESS then 30 pieces were ever minted. Certainly not many survive. Opportunity knocks loud if you are a serious PR 3CS collector!
