3CN 1875 PCGS PR65 CAMEO

A borderline PR66 cameo! The only thing that we think keeps it from a 66 is a small raised piece of metal on the cheek. Otherwise, the mirrors are clear, deep, flashy, and super GEMMY. There are NO spots anywhere. Miss Liberty and the details are exceptionally struck. They are also frosted creamy white. The eye appeal is extremely catchy and nice.
