This coin would grade MS66 every time! You just don’t find them umessed with like this anymore.
Only if you use a really strong glass can you find a few stray light lines in the upper left obverse field. You do NOT see the lines w/the naked eye and they do NOT effect the grade. Overall, the surfaces are clean, satiny, and smooth. A full booming luster enhances the crisp original gold color. There are no spots or stains. Miss Liberty and the details are frosty and have great strikes. The eye appeal is fantastic!
PCGS 66, NGC 39, CAC 9. This proves how hard these are to find in true MS66: the last PCGS CAC piece that sold in auction brought $23,000.00-in 01/2011! This piece would make a great addition to ANY GEM Gold Type or $3 set. Thanks to the fall of generics its also a lot cheaper then it was a few years ago! Opportunity knocks incredibly loud here!
