A silent “stopper” for the series with only 2000 pieces ever minted. This piece is a choice AU.
Only light wear that is practically invisible can be detected with a strong glass. Ditto a few teenie ticks and marks. The surfaces have some light lines (typical to AU’s) but do not reveal them to the naked eye. There are NO spots or discolorations. The color is a sandy gold. Miss Liberty and the details are frosty and are well struck. The eye appeal is nice and flashy.
PCGS 21, NGC 26, CAC 3. In the past year, these have sold in major auctions for a low of $2,645.00 03/09 Heritage to a high of $3,450.00 05/08 Heritage. Keep in mind, only 3 have been stickered so far! We still LOVE the series and think these are good values.
